    Re: 0x8004060C Error on Outlook

This problem may occur due to a change in Outlook 2002 that limits the size of personal folder (. Pst) files and offline folder (. Ost) to less than 2 GB to avoid damage to files . The delivery of mail in the file stops, but you do receive an error message indicating the reason. This message means that you reach the limit of size of your pst file. You need to backup your pst file and create a new one. Or at least diminish the size of your actual pst file.

You need to Check how big is Your pst File , it is located under C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

How to Manually Start PST Compaction
    1. On the File menu, click Data File Management.
    2. Click to select your Personal Folder, and then click Settings.
    3. On the General tab, click Compact Now.
    4. Click OK, and then click Close.

Check at first the personal offline file or folder is not full. If you check the Deleted Items folder, there is no synchronization log resulting from this error.you can create a new personal folder and drag stuff accross, which you are doing by archiving essentially. File> new > personal folder> save to somewhere and then you can go up to 2gb all over again
