Nero 6 Ultra edition with vision express etc. this will do the trick i also had the same problem I have the IFO, BUP and the VOB but cant get NERO Vision Express to burn it as a 'movie'. Make a DVD and add video file and work only with vob file from your video ts folder. If you have a video ts folder complete with ifo and bup files in it and you don’t have Nero, CloneDVD2 or Copy to DVD work with the video ts folder.Just point to this folder and the software is going to burn the dvd.

You need to download the following free programs: IfoEdit, VobEdit and ImgTool. Search on net you will easily find them, once you download this three application it will become easy for you to create dvd without .ifo and .bup files.using nero 6 with vision express.

You can use Ifoedit , its powerful software dedicated to the world of DVD video. It offers many features such as the ability to create your own DVD from MPEG2 files, cut a DVD to put it on two DVD-R. Or you can create valuable IFO files if you do not have the files to MPEG2 or VOB video to be able to burn these files onto a DVD video that can be see in your home player.
