A file with the BC! file extension is a BitComet Incomplete Download file. Other types of files may also use the BC! file extension. If you know of any additional file formats that use the BC! extension, please let me know so I can update this information. The easiest way to open a BC! file is to double-click on it and let your PC decide which default application should open the file. If no program opens the BC! file then you probably don't have an application installed that can view and/or edit BC! files.

No, it’s a bit torrent file. BitComet is a torrent client and for an incomplete file is going to put a bc You Just delete the bc extension, and it will become an AVI file. Then you can play this file using any video player like VLC media player,Windows media player.
