How to get the file toolbar

I need help, I have lost my file toolbar in my IE , it is not there . how to get the file toolbar Do i have to download some adon to get it back, please i really need that file ?

If you are taking about the file toolbar in the image you should , it is really easy to get it back just right click on the toolbar place and there will be option of toolbar just click it and you will get your tool bar .
