Leave messages on server

I am using Outlook Express 6 on my windows xp machine, i want to know the setting to leave messages on server, means whenever i download email message from server the copy of that messages should available on server.

Open Outlook Express >Click Tools > select Accounts >Click the Mail Tab > Expedient Email Account> click on Properties button > in the Account Properties, click the Advanced Tab > Like most other mail client applications, Outlook Express can be configured to leave messages on the server to do this Click on check box "Leave a copy of messages on server" > Click OK and OK. Click the Close button on the Accounts window.

• Open Outlook Express
• Select Tools/Accounts > Advanced tab.
• Click on the Mail tab, highlight YourAccount and click on the Properties button.
• Click the Mail Tab and click once on the Expedient Email Account in the account window to highlight it, then click the Properties button.
• Select the appropriate check box to delete the messages from the server after a certain number of days or until the messages are deleted from the Deleted Items in Outlook Express.

In Outlook go to Tools - Email Accounts - under Emails select - View or change existing email accounts and click on Next. Click the mail tab. Choose your account from the list. Click the Properties button. Click on the Advanced tab.Mark Leave a copy of message on server. Click OK and then click Close.
