CiceroUIWndFrame not responding

Today i was trying to have auto-update of Office 2003 from the Microsoft when i was on the merge of completing it i got an message as CiceroUIWndFrame not responding and after that my computer got shut down. Can anyone tell me what is CiceroUIWndFrame and at the same time any idea about how to over come from this message. Thanks in Advance.

In such kind of case you need to goto control panel and then goto Add/Remove Programs over there you will find features Office Shared Features then to Alternative User Input over there you need to make Speech and Handwriting unavailable and finally click on apply or OK and after which it will get a message fro reboot. Reboot your system for changes to get effected.

I had went to Add remove programs and over there i was not able to find out Add or Remove Features Office Shared Features of Alternative User Input because while installing Office 2003 i have never used any voice recognition or function, or even turned on them on my computer.

If you are not able to detect from when you are getting CiceroUIWndFrame not responding message then it seems that your computer is being infected by virus i would recommend you to use download the latest version of antivirus and run it once and at the same time reinstalling your Office 2003 might solve your problem.
