You can burn easily vcd with Nero by using create vcd option only you have to do is just add files in the nero and set burn nero will write complete disk for you there is also several application available to do that also you can erase the disk as it is rw.
Open nero burning rom. In the left column of that window click on Video CD as I did, right after the tab Video CD make sure you have selected the option PAL under Encoding Resolution also enabled the options Create Standard Compliant CD and Use CD-i Application , passed after the Tab menu.
You can also create a menu for your Video CDs, which then will be displayed just the VideoCD included in the DVD player in order to keep everything in order if you have burned more files on your VCD Mpeg.
To create the menu you have to activate the checkbox Enable menu in this way will trigger all the boxes below, where you can choose the Layout menu that lists the titles of files stored on Mpeg VCD, which can then be recalled and reproduced easily, the layout can be composed of a list of titles of text files or MPEG-thumbnail images associated with the titles of the MPEG file, you can still insert a background image of the VCD Menu and select the display mode Menu
Lastly you can insert a header and a background to your menu, finally you can choose the color and character of the text, after you select the Preview first page to see to preview how the VCD menu you just created, and instead click on Set as default reset all settings to default.
Windows XP does include built-in support for CD burning, so you could burn shorter movies to a CD-ROM. You can also upload short ones to special Web sites and share your movies on the Web. Movie Maker contains the features to perform these tasks, but making a DVD will take a few extra steps.
First, use Movie Maker to save your complete video to a file (on the File menu, click Save Movie) on your computer's hard disk.it's important that you select the DVI-AV (NTSC) file format, because that will result in the best-quality DVD. Windows Movie Maker automatically detects which standard (NTSC or PAL) your specific DV device uses. If you're in a country that uses the PAL video standard instead of NTSC, you would use the DVI-AV (PAL) format instead. NTSC is common in the US and Japan, while PAL is prevalent in most of Europe.
