How to insert track markers

I have been working with record mixes but it have some drawbacks like there is no function to insert track markers so please tell me how can i add track markers that will work for me please reply soon ..

If you want to burn mp3 files without gaps between tracks use Nero Burning Rom and choose create AudioCD add mp3 files and set pause to zero for all tracks (see track properties) and Burn in DAO mode. so you can burn seperate tracks to a CD using DAO mode, the reason for the 2 second pause is the lazer has to turn itself on & off
