How to view messages in html format in outlook 2007

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2007 and i want to have HTML as the default message format instead of Microsoft word. I guess as per my knowledge there was some option where i can select or deselect Microsoft Word as the message editor for the time being i don't want to use Microsoft Word. Can anyone help me out with this issue ?

To view messages in html format in outlook 2007 then you need to click on Tools button and then goto the Trust Center option, then Trust Center will get open. Now Select the Email Security option in the left navigation as shown below and then check the box marked "Read all standard mail in plain text". Emails can also be digitally signed to make digitally signed emails also appear in plain text check the second option as well. Finally a popup menu appears with the option to display as HTML. The E-mail Security option will take you to the Trust Center / Email Security option.

I also want to view all e-mail messages in plain text format instead of html format is it possible to get i know we can have it but don't know what steps are need to follow for that.

To have a view messages in plain text format in Outlook 2007 you need to follow the below steps:-

1. Open Outlook 2007.
2. Then goto tools menu, then click on Trust Center, and then click E-mail Security.
3. Under Read as Plain Text, click to select the Read all standard mail in plain text check box.
4. Click to select the Read all digitally signed mail in plain text check box if you want to include messages that are signed with a digital signature.
