How do i create virtual drive using nero? I'm using nero 7.0 on windows vista. Please let me know the procedure , i searched the google but couldn't found the anything. Thanks for any help.

Yes it's quite simple , follow the following steps:
Nero Startsmart -> Extras-> Select "Mount a disc image"
Nero will do the installation, After that, click on "enable First Drive".

Why you wanna create it with only Nero, there are many softwares available like Daemon tools, Alcohol, Ultra ISO, Clone DVD etc.

If you nero doesn't have the Imagedrive then you can download the shareware verison from here : Nero Imagedrive 7.0
