missing favorites in outlook

I have my outlook configured but the favorites pane is missing from some customer's outlook. I also dont remember where is the ckeckbox located to turn missing favorites in outlook option? Can anyone help me out please.

This is quite simple, just follow the tips given below to get back the favorites pane in outlook:
1) Right-click on the Menu Bar
2) Choose Customize...
3) Click the Commands tab
4) Select Menu Bar from the listbox on the left
5) Drag and drop the Favorites item from the list on the right up to where you want it in the Menu Bar.
6) Click Close button

First On the Navigation Pane click on the Mail icon, then The Favorites Folder should appear. If you also want to add the folders to the favorite folders list just by rightclicking on a folder and select Add to Favorite Folders.

Right click on a graphic place holder and choose the options to change your download settings. The infobar at the top of the message should offer the same option too.
