HP Officejet 5610[xi] All-in-One - Software Install Errors

Hello,
My problems is with installing the software. All am getting an run-time error: DRIVE_NAME:\hpzprl01.exe -m preload product drivers...can anybody give me some necessary instructions in order to make things better

are doing it from the cd?
i have the same problem here and there.
to install the basic features, go to the HP site and take it from there.

The Software that you are attempting to install may not be compatible.get the compatible software.get it from here

*Click on Download Only, save the file.
*Disconnect the Printer.
*Run the downloaded software, follow the instructions and install the printer.

Make sure that your system having all the latest drivers update with it.if possible get the windows update and very importantly you need to install the software which is compatible for your operating system..it sounds like that if you are windows vista download the software for that
