Download Picture and Fax Viewer for Windows

I have recently upgraded my Windows operating system from XP to Vista. When I try to open an image using "Open With" option to open in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, the program wasn't there. So I think I need to download Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. can anybody please suggest where can I find this program to download ??
