Email archiving software

I am in search of an email archiving software. Basically I use Outlook 2007 as my email client. Many a times I am in the position where I have to format my computer because of some malware activity. So I am very scared about my emails. It can be loosed at any moment which I don't want. So is there any email archiving software which can safeguard my emails and I can use? I am having Windows XP on my computer.
