Can not use MS project plug-in

Hello everybody
Guess all you doing fine i have got a little problem here on my Windows Xp enabled computer which am currently working with a Micro Soft project 2003. I originally used .mpp file with PPM.and now created a baseline in .mpp file,and i don't know what is the exact reason am getting an error shown in the attachments and not able to see "PPM center" in .mpp file.tried re installation but no change at all.does any one went through same situation like me if so just help me out

When i had the problem like this renamed "Cantt Chart" View to English,as am originally using Russian. copy and rename following file from your program files ../Program Files/Hewlett Packard/PPM add in For MS Project/plugin_en.properties. i modified this files to plugin_ru.properties
and all are working correctly

Hello do the following
1)Get in to your control panel and locate the MS plugin

2)Uninstall the MS plugin from the given list

3)Also remove the file named the global.mpt in the C:\Documents and
Settings\USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\MS Project

4)Now do a fresh installation

MS Project Plug-in is a tool for project planning, tracking and reporting.but this kind of troubles are unusual,sometimes we can get back in to working condition by re-enabling it in MS Project using HELP>Disabled Items>Enable.
then try to re install the plug in
but unfortunately there are some user also users facing problems now.once i knew the solution i 'll let you know..now in mean time just try the 2 options
