Windows Vista Ultimate has Windows Media Center Pre-installed on it. Well if you have Windows Media Center, check if your TV-Tuner Card is compatible with Windows Media Center. If it is then just configure it and enjoy!

Oops! That means i need to buy a TV-Tuner Card to watch Live tv on windows media center. Well i don't have one now. Is it possible to do the same without a TV-Tuner Card? If this is possible do reply, i don't want to spen money right now...

TV-Tuner card acts like a TV circuit and a hardware that recognizes TV Signal from the coax or composite cable. The software/driver reads this signal decrypted by the TV-Tuner Card and converts it to viewable motion pictures. So to view Live tv on windows media center you will need a TV-Tuner Card.
