Outlook Signatures Not Updating

So i went to update my signature files and while i can delete old ones and create new ones, they don't seem to appear in the space for me to add them to the messages. The same 4 that i originally had are the only ones that show up, even though 2 of them have been deleted. Any ideas how to fix?

In Outlook click on Tools -> Options -> mail format -> fonts and select Always use my fonts. If doesn't helps then refer the following threads , see if they helps you:
