Just paste your link directly in your email entourage will not create the link but the person who receives email will get the click able link in its email application.

Just paste your link in between '<>' this tags like the bellow one is shown :
<http://forums.techarena.in/>
If you not put the link in this manner the entourage will not see it as link.
