    How to backup entourage

    Hello,

Entourage opens only till setup wizard and in addition, I see Entourage - empty! Welcome to a mail in the inbox.

It is happening from last few days every now and then problems with the deletion of junk, because I was told that the database is damaged.

What do I do now - a completely new setup and how to backup the files from Time Machine.

    I hope for your help!

In your case you need to do is :

    1. Go to Microsoft products.

    2. Click on The last Time Machine backup on an external disk

    3. In Entourage (backup) the *. pst file.

    4. This file is in the right place in your "new" Entourage use.

    5. A 2nd Mail account to which you only use copies of your mail store.

First find the folder of your username: Documents / Microsoft User Data / OfficeX Identities / Main Identity, Save it to a DVD, and create a new account in Entourage, with the same configs ... and delete the previous account of the HD.

Then copy (drag and drop) the emails that you want to back up a folder in the Finder. Depending on Qty. mac pro can take quite respond to the command. Then make sure they are all there.

    Backup Entourage with SuperDuper

SuperDuper!'s Smart Update feature will make a backup copy of your Entourage Identity along with all updated files to your clone, but you do need to quit all Microsoft applications including the Microsoft Database daemon before it's backed up.

You can download SuperDuper! right now
