lucoms 1.exe file uses highest of the CPU usage

From some days i am getting my computer working slow. So i decided to look at the process tab in Task Manager. When i look at it i got that LUCOMS~1.exe is using most part of the CPU usage. Does anyone know what program is using LUCOMS~1.exe ???? Can i remove it from my computer??? Please Solve my problem...!
