Missing vb40032.dll application on Windows Xp

I had installed Windows Xp on my system. From last few days whenever i try to turn on my system, it gives out an error message stating that "This application failed to start because vb40032.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Can any body tell me that from where would i get vb40032.dll application for my Windows Xp? Can any body provide me the correct solution in order to resolve the above issue? Would be grateful to you if any body helps me out to get rid of the above issue.
