Some sites are stuck on IE6 Address bar

I have been using Internet Explorer since a long time and i had never had any problems with it. I don't have heavy surfing so Internet Explorer is fine for me. I want to clear the websites that are stuck to the address bar. I want to erase all the site that automatically appears in the address bar showing which sites were visted. How do i remove those sites from there? Help!

You need to clear the history and all the websites will be gone, Also clear the offline contents from the computer like cookies, and other temporary files that are downloaded to the computer when a website is loaded. Once this is done, all the sites will disappear.

Thanks. But technically i am illiterate. It would be helpful if you tell me how to clear the history, delete the temporary files, and delete cookies too. I don't know these stuff. Hope to learn a lot from you all. Thanks in advance!

That is quite simple and you will lear a lot from people around in here, i have learned too. Well Just follow the steps :

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on Tools > Internet Options
• Click 'Clear History'
• Click 'Delete Cookies'
• Click 'Delete Files' and select both the available options.
• Click 'OK' to exit the options.

Restart Internet Explorer and it will be as clean as a newly installed Software.
