In oder to open two or more presentations in a seperate windows, you need the follow the below steps mention.

    1) First of all click on the Window in the File menu.
    2) Then click on Arrange All, then the presentations will display side by side in the same PowerPoint window.
    3) Then you need to click on Cascade and the windows are displayed over one another. Then you can click and drag the windows title bars to arrange them.
    4) If you want you can close either of the windows by clicking on the Close (X) icon. The remaining window can be maximized by clicking on the Maximize button.

Jst try out the following steps mention.

    1) You ned to go to your configuration screen--> Users--> Users and try to create a new, passworded account.
    2) Then you need to go to the word directory, which can see it undet the programs file i.e. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11 (Your number would be different)
    3) Then you need to search Powerpnt.exe and after getting you need to right click on it.
    4) Then you need to select "Run As"
    5) Which will open up a window on which you need to click on the radio button "Other User" and then enter the new Accounts username and Password on it.
    6) And finally you need to press your Enter key. That's it. Now, you will see the powerpoint will launch a second window as a second user on it.

According to me you will need to see both presentations at the same time, for that you need to choose Window and then click on Arrange All from the menu box. This will help you to show any open presentations side by side on your desktop screen.
