How to fix Shell32.dll file in windows 98

When my window boot up a pop up message appear after some time a message appear addressing that emsw.exe is linked to some missing shell32.dll. I checked out my system both the files are properly on their place. I deleted the file and then restarted assuming that the message will not appear back. But the message is coming regularly. I tried to work with this but it better to get some suggestions. How to get a rid of the following message. Why it is coming again even after deleting the files.

Your system is affected with trojan type virus. The file name emsw.exe is a spyware or adware with trojan qualities. It is virus. If delete it multiple time it will pop up again. Update your antivirus if you have any and scan it thoroughly. Download Ad-Aware tool if don't have a antivirus tool and update it. First scan your full system. It can be true that the trojan virus has been corrupted your shell file. After scanning the error will resolve.

First of scan your system. Then i think that your shell32.dll file is deleted or changed by the virus. Because of that you are getting the error message at startup. Run scandisk on your system. It will fix the shell32.dll file. Or Download Shell32 scanner. Install it and run it. Otherwise you can manually download the shell file form the internet. It is available on various websites.
