software for monitoring pc in our absence

Hello, I have a group of 22 employees alongwith working with me. So to check how much time they are online or so I need a software that can monitor there activities if I am not present or in my absence. If anyone can give me a link or so for that kind of tool it would be great. Thank you

All program settings are grouped in the Control Center. Changing of
settings does not require system restart.

Frankly, you'll either never find such or it will be too expensive.

The rest of us may just enable AUDITING that is in Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP and beyond. Since I can just audit so much with this supplied feature, I have no reason to do much else.

The same auditing can be turned on in Linux. I have no experience what you can do on your Macintosh.
