Convert .jpg to .ico

I want to convert the .jpg image to .ico? which software i should use for it? Something free will be better.

Open it in any image editor like ms paint . Resize it to 32x32 pixels. Save it .ico .

Download it and open you .jpg images in it and save as .ico.

Converting ICO to JPG is very easy with Image Converter Plus. In Windows Explorer, select a ICO image and click your right mouse button. In the context menu, select Convert to submenu and click Custom convert line.
