you need to install codecs for video support ,that you looking for work on .there is codecs available for all windows and you can download directly form web ,not need to use bitTorrent for it.

WMM is only good for making picture slide shows anything other than that it is totally useless. It sounds like an assignment all on its own just trying to diagnose the problem. A quick and dirty fix may be to just convert the video to the same format as your other video clips with Super.
SUPER is UNIVERSAL as it supports a wide variety of input/source file format to play or encode (to & from) without any additional third party software.
