    How to create your own customized emoticon on windows live messenger?

    Hi friends,
    I am using windows live messenger and i see my buddies using their customized emoticons. Can anyone explain me how can i create my own emoticons in windows live messenger?

    any and all suggestions are welcome.

    Following steps will show you how to create customize emoticons in Windows Live Messenger:
    • Save normal or Animated Gif image on your PC
    • Open Windows Live Messenger
    • Click the Drop Down (Show Menu)
    • Click on Tools => Emoticons => Create
    • Browse the image you want as emoticon
    • Fill out the name and text

    You are done!

    Messenger provides some 80 built-in Emoticons. To add more emoticon you can use Icon Maker.
    You can also create Static Emoticon. This is the smallest size of icon available in the online icon maker. This type of emoticon was originally introduced in MSN Messenger 6.
