Resize images using Powertoy in Windows XP

I am having Windows XP SP3. I have recently installed Powertoy, to resize images.

I can select pictures, right click them, and can also choose the resolution, and
convert. But I want to convert about 10000 pictures....

Is there a way, to do it via C# or C++ with Visual Studio? If not than how can I achieve my this target (may be via batch or script)?

You can use the Image Resizer Powertoy in Windows XP to resize photos.

To resize a sequence of photos at once, click the first photo in the sequence, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last photo in the sequence. All the photos in between those that you clicked will be selected. Follow these steps to resize the sequence of selected photos.

To resize non-sequential photos in a folder, click the first photo, and hold down the CTRL key while you click the other pictures you want to resize.

Once you have your photos selected, follow the below steps to resize the selected photos:

    1. Right-click to resize, and click Resize Pictures.

    2. In the Resize Pictures dialog box, click the size you want your photo to be, and click OK.

    3. The original file will remain intact; and a new resized file will be added to the same folder.

With VSO Image Resizer, free image resizer software, you can customized your images, load them faster, move them easily from folder to folder, change their format, edit large numbers of image files etc and thus save space on your hard drive. VSO Image Resizer can also change file names using a template and you can add your own watermark with transparency support.
