Questions about the System Restore

I have a System Restore on my laptop

I had a question about this:

-knowing that I could not install vista sp1 from it, how it works for Windows Update?
-I have installed various devices (monitor, mouse among others) will repeat that I install it?

Why do not you have successfully installed the Vista SP1?

At least once restored the computer, you should be able to install without problems. And also a Windows Update to apply all other updates to Windows.

You actually have to reinstall all your devices, in fact those who were not on your mobile in the first place.

during installation, Windows has blocked when you restart!

According to the store where I bought the computer, I canceled the update. I have forgotten to specify that a laptop!
