IF you want to search theme file then you should have file with ".theme" extension. If there is no theme file in my picture then you will not find anything over there. First get some themes with ".theme" type then try to use them .Good luck

    Hi,
Don't make confusion between Theme and the Pictures, both has their own Specific file type.Desktop Theme images has *.Theme file type and the picture may have different file type such as .jif or .jpg, so, make sure search or download file which has *.Theme file type.

    Thanks

open it in Windows Paint. Then go to File -> Save As and from the dropdown under "type" change it from (.BMP, .TIF, .PNG, .GIF) to JPG.

Other programs like Adobe Photoshop give you more options such as quality, which affects the size of the JPEG after conversion. However, Photoshop has a lot of other features and isn't worth the money if you just want to convert files.
