    pirated software users of photoshop!

Hey just read this i got from a blog! quite interesting!

...Since this article has been featured on Digg the number of voters for the poll has doubled. The result? Now 72% of Photoshop users are claiming to be pirates, and 65% of Lightroom users.

I stand by my numbers. With a population count of nearly 1000, I find it hard to believe that only the pirates are responding to the poll. My readers have been quite good at providing indicative data in the past (ie. 50% Canon users, 25% Nikon), and 500 of them first sounded off during the first week of the poll.

If anybody has better information from a more controlled survey, I’d be happy to take a look at it. Until then, you’ll have to take my results with a grain of salt and understand that there’s probably a 5-10% error tolerance.
    What's your openion on this!

Well that's quite obvious thing that people use such pirated softwares since these softwares are so expensive!
They wont pay for it if the software is available at such a cheap price & it work's great for them!

Definitely, I agree with Barclay. I am using AVG antivirus software and you can call it as pirated because I downloaded it from a site freely and am happy with it. Why to buy something if you are getting it without paying even a single penny?

Hey you are talking about AVG & its a free software available in the market!
Now they have made it paid!
Well that the thing they popularised the product now they want to charge you!
& talking about photoshop its not a free software & you cant say if you are using a free software its like pirated software only!
You are confused i feel between the concept of free & paid software's IMO!
