Rippping method used by aXXo & DiAMOND?

Can anyone tell me used by aXXo & DiAMOND and how they rip movies with high quality & with small size.

Hi,

Use DVD Decrypter to rip the DVD to the hard disk.
Use AutoGK to covert the movie to XviD. Its very easy to use.
