Problems with Exact Audio Copy

The problem is as stated but not why the software tells me that the CD in question is not an audio CD. have tested with the DVD and DVD video recorder with the same result.

The XP recognizes the disc without problems.

I know I can copy it with Nero or other soft, but I would like to use the EAC because of the quality of its RIPE and it is free and no need to look at the "block".

I've tried uninstalling the version that had already installed the current one, but ..nothing at all.

Any idea?

The media over time tend to lose quality and since its very old I am inclined that the problem may be that. Have you tested its sounds on another team and/or device? I think the problem is not the "software".

It is rare that it does not play any audio CD, either original or copy. When you get into the reader, it skips XP asking you what you want to do and makes some smooth sonar sounds.

It played the CDEX and it recognizes the first. The drawback is that I want to make a disk image (1 WAV + 1 UEC) and CDEX is unable to do it. And apart from that, although whatever I do with the CDEX or other softwares, it fails in EAC?

Probably because EAC is not found in your system with .dll file which is wnaspi32.dll (Win32 Nero Aspi), which needs to operate.

You can get on the Internet and copy it into the directory of EAC, so you will not have problems with the versions.

You were absolutely right kattman. This dll file was needed on the hard drive and I copied into the folder of the EAC. Start the program, I put the CD and lo, recognizes this without problems.
