Autoenrollment (Event ID:13)

We have 3 DCs:

1) WIN03 - Enterprise CA
2) WIN00
3) WIN03R2X64 - Newest DC that was recently installed.

I am getting EventID: 13 error message (below) on a WIN03R2x64 DC every 8
hour:

Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to enroll for one
Domain Controller certificate (0x80070005). Access is denied.

I went into my CA (WIN03) and under Issed Certificates, it only have the
following:

mydomain\WIN00 - domain controller (doamin controller)
mydomain\WIN03 - domain controller (doamin controller)

Am I missing mydomain\WIN03R2x64 - domain controller (doamin controller)

Please advise.
