i'm asking when will be slovenian language pack (MUI ...etc) in microsoft
(windows) update for download???

Yep, you gotta buy a new one. Or you could use Ubuntu, free, that can
change to any language on the fly. www.ubuntu.com. Order the 6.06 CD.
They will pay the postage.

Despite what others are saying there seems to be Slovenian language
support in a Partial Language Pack that requires you to have EN-US pre
-installed.

And of course you can only do this with VISTA Ultimate edition.

So where do you download it? I suspect this is only available in the region
it's supported in, because I can't find it anywhere even with Ultimate
Edition.

1. Look directly below the "Quick Info" box on the download details
page for a drop-down list labeled "Change Language."

2. Select the language you would like and then click the Change
button.

Note The "Change Language" drop-down list appears only when a
worldwide version of the download is available. If the list does not
appear, the download has not yet been made available in languages other
than English. If you see the drop-down list, but do not see a specific
language listed, the download is not yet available in that language.

I've seen it said here that from Ultimate you have to go to Windows
Update but I can't check that since I don't have my copy of Ultimate
here yet.

I've looked in the French section of Worldwide and can't find anything
there about downloading langauge packs, MUI .....

Although directed to corporate deployment the following is the most

Ultimate Updates, Language Packs ... Spanish, Swedish ... no Slovenian. I
suspect it does not exist as a download, as I indicated previously. It may
exist as a localized resource but it most certainly is not available here in
the US and again, as I advised, a user cannot install English then switch to
Slovenian.

But what puzzled me was that I could not locate anywhere on the MS
websites a place where you were told you could download any MUI or LIP
files.

I look forward to getting Ultimate installed and to struggling myself!
