Error 0x80070052 while connecting external drive on Vista

I get Error 0x80070052 when i connect my external hard drive to my system running windows vista for transferring some stuffs. I am not able to transfer anything in to pendrive as well. What might be wrong in my case?? I don;t see any information related to Error 0x80070052. What can i do to fix it???

If your key is in the FAT formatted in FAT32 or NTFS by doing right click on your key > property > format then in the menu of this window you select FAT32 or NTFS. Otherwise you can create directories on your pc music, videos, pictures that you filled your files. Then you do drag these folders on your drive. When a key is FAT the number of files that you can transfer is limited even if you have room so we must put it in FAT32 or NTFS.
