USB SATA drive says cannot find "USB to Serial-ATA bridge driver"

I am having Windows Vista x64 system. It is a 64bit system so I had checked throughly before adding some new hardware. I collect the 64bit drivers. But still Vista does not recognize my 2 Sata drives. Both are external hard drive. They are connected to the usb of my system. When I tried to install a new hardware I found that USB to Serial-ATA bridge driver failed to install due to which I am getting that error. I think I am having the right drivers but still this thing does not work. What are the alternative available here.

There are number of problem in Vista due to driver compatibility. I am trying to install a old external drive which simply failed. I had performed number of things to make it work. Download fresh updates, installed hotfix, but nothing worked out. Later on I tried to install that manually by performing a setup process through new hardware found wizard. It took the drivers. You have to locate the vendor of your drive. Download a new and old driver both. Ensure that you had not downloaded 32bit drivers.
