Is there Regional Restrictions in Confrontation Game?

Hi all, it was my birthday and one of my Russian friends gifted me Confrontation Game as present. I am very happy but wondering that if there will be some regional restriction with the game or not? It would be really very disappointing that there is some regional restriction as I would not like to return the gift. I just wanted to have some confirmation reply from this.
