    Rich Commies in Victoria 2

Right now I am playing as Japan in Victoria 2. I have noticed that only wealthy people in the game are allowed to vote in the game. the socialist are controlling the upper house. I could not find out why rich capitalists and aristocrats are supporting the communist government into the power? I can pass only the social ones and cannot reform the political system. I liked to go for commie by any mean.

Laissez-faire capitalism allows the businesses monopolize out of the control. I have also never seen many commies into the upper house in the game.

I wanted to tell you that they are socialist or not the communists. He has got many of the socialists in the upper house which are not to good planning game wise and it is quite different from what will happen if he has got 50% of communists.

POP who are having luxury requirement fulfilled would have the higher CON. The higher CON directly increase the demand for the social reforms which turn into the socialist until and unless you are taxing them to death. We are aware of that wealthy people are supposed to fulfilled their need for the farmers or craftsmen. I think appointing UH is supposed to be most easy way to pass the social reforms in the game.

It seems to quite difficult for the Upper class to get the luxury need. There is need of specific countries in SoI or do lots of conquering to get the hands of yours on all of the goods which are required to do the same. I think social reforms is supposed to be encouraged by needs were not being fulfilled by. This case should be about lower and middle classes but not about for the rich. You will not be a champagne socialist without be a champagne.

If I am not wrong socialism and communism are closely tied to each other. political movements and parties are participate in the hard core socialism. Socialism is almost like communism but there will be less amount of micromanagement.

As per the Marx definition regarding Socialism is that it was ideology. Whereas Communism is the ideology which wanted to achieve. He has used word communism for the manifesto since at that time Socialism was considered as bourgeois ideology. He wanted to call it different to Owenian and similar socialism as he has explained the preface of manifesto. There was no difference between communists and socialists both were same.
