Tactical manual (in English) for Achtung Panzer and Steel Armor series

Guys I wanted to know where would I be able to get the manual and that too in English for both these game series. I man since we all know that this game is a Russian based game and hence whatever manuals that I am getting is of Russian language. Hence I want a English manual for this game, do you all know from where would I be able to get it? If you all do have any replies for the same then please do reply accordingly over here. I am waiting for the response from your side.
