I acquired this quest and I got a kill the undead guy close to the end through the 2nd frost word nearby but he has a quest marker on him. But all the times when I kill him I can’t loot him. I reloaded several times and I am not able to understand that if this is a bug or what. Please help me with this.

Hey, I did this quest as well but I didn't have to loot him actually, are you sure you have to loot him? Because when I killed that Dragger it said I completed the quest.
