Call of Juarez: The Cartel is freezing on PS3

I have installed Call of Juarez: The Cartel on the PS 3 of mine. Well I have noticed an issue that is this particular game is seems to freezing while playing. Let me know if you have noticed the same issue which I have stated over here. Also let me know why the above mentioned issue is happening? Any help on this particular matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well looking at the problem I am asking following question which you should answer over here.
Which model of PS3 do you using? at what resolution you are supposed to play the game? Do you getting any error message? If so than post the entire error message over here.

In this particular situation I am suspecting that there could be an issue with the resolution which you are supposed to play the game on the PS3. Well what I wanted to tell you is that you should simply set the resolution at 720P and see whether there is change in the situation. I am suggesting very basic thing which you can try that is you should restart the PS3 of yours. you should shut down and restart the same.

Let me know whether there was any change in the situation after using the above mentioned things. If you have not done the same than I am suggesting that you should simply check for the loose cable into the game. also you should simply unplug all the cables from the game and plug them back on the device.
If still the issue is persisting than I am suggesting that you should remove the hard drive and reinsert the same in to PS 3 again.

I think you might need to clear the cache of the PS3. For that you have to use the following steps.

• You have to launch the browser on the device of yours and you have to look for the Triangle and click on the same.
• Now you should simply go for the Tools and click on the clear cache.

So try the same and let me know whether it is working or not.

If I am not wrong the issue which you mentioned over here might be happening because of the overheating. The overheating because of the air is not able to circulate into the system. So that the wires of the device are melt or it might be making the system completely stop working. If the console is reached to the point when it becomes too hot then the game which you are playing on the console will freeze. The solution is really simple to fix the issue that you should place console of yours at the place where it can get the cool air so that it will make the cool down console. Also the cooling fan should not be covered by any mean.

After going through the problem of yours I am suggesting that you should simply perform factory reset on the device of yours.

1. You should switch off the console and switch on back.
2. Now you have to hold the power button until and unless you are able to hear 3 beeps.
3. You have to go for the initial setup and you have to run the full format through system format.
   
4. Finally you have to restore backup which you done before the process of the factory reset.

Do you have reinstalled the game on the gaming console? If you have not done the same than I am suggesting that you should simply reinstall the game on the console and see whether it working or not.

I am sure that there is a bug issue associated with the game and hence you should contact the developer of the game and tell them about that you are getting bug issue into the game. the developer of the game will figure out the bug from the code of the game and they will release the patch which you can apply to fix the matter of yours.
