Spongebob Employee of the Month Install error

Hi new here!
I'm trying to install spongebob employee of the month
onto my computer but every time I start up the disk
I get an error message that says

The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:055d IP:712c OP:36 c7 91 41 8a Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Close Ignore

If I press ignore it just closes.

I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
IM RUNNING ON WINDOWS XP
