ps3 download will go no further than 96%

hi can someone help i am trying to download map pack black ops annihilation from psn but evry time i get to 96% nothing happens for hours even days. it never moves.

First I will recommend you to download directly for the PS3 store. Also do not choose the option of Download in Background. Second thing before that, go in your PS3 settings and look for the number of free space. Check that your hard drive is not full. If it is then free up some space and start downloading back again. You can contact the customer help center for ps3 for getting a proper firmware update for that.
