Blizzard StarCraft II Graphic card requirement?

I have always been a great fan of Blizzard’s games. And since it has launched its latest StarCraft II, I am planning to get one for myself. But I really don’t understand the details behind graphics cards. What are the system requirements; especially graphic card requirement, so that I don’t face any trouble or lagging after installing the game. How can I get the best result? Help me people!! Suggestions are always appreciated.

Most onboard/integrated graphics are not fully supported in all games. If your onboard graphic card doesn't support the Hardware Transform and Lighting (T&L) feature, then the game probably won't work. You should a very good Graphic card, if you really wish to make the efficient use of the available hardware and want to make sure the game you are playing still looks very competitive. You can probably choose anyone from ATI Radeon 9800/NVIDIA GeForce FX's to the ATI Radeon HD 4800s and NVIDIA GeForce G200s.

The following Graphic cards are also supported by the StarCraft II. Some integrated video cards supported are : Radeon Xpress 200, Radeon X1200, Radeon 2100, Radeon 3200, Radeon 3300. Starcraft II is very mush similar to the Starcraft I or any other Blizzard’s product. It can be easily played with most of the Graphic cards. But the best one in the market will give you the optimum result, which everyone wants. If you are one of the pro gamers, then lowering your graphics settings can greatly enhance the performance. As I am a great fan of NVIDIA, I would prefer you GeForce 6600 GT or higher models like GeForce 7000 series, GeForce 8000 Series, GeForce 9000 series, 200 Series,300 Series,400 Series with driver version 266.58.

Many people like you have concerns that whether their computers can run Starcraft 2 smoothly, and one of the key components to run a high-end game is apparently your graphics card. I have got this Intel HD Graphics in my system and it supports the StarCraft II. But along with that I have also got a very good PC configuration. Please keep in mind, other pc components such as CPU and memory are also very important to affect the performance of the game. Hope you have got a better one.
