Not able to get work with the Xbox 360 Racing Wheel under Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have connected a Xbox 360 Racing Wheel with the system using a wireless gaming receiver to play Fallout 3. The problem is that I am not able to work well or process with the thing. It is not showing up in the device manager. I have no idea for the thing. Please do help me out so that I can get the issue to be sorted.

It could be that the drivers you have installed is not able to cope well or not compatible. Do make a clean install of the game and the drivers for the wireless gaming receiver. Perform a clean boot service and then check for the change. All you need to do is to type msconfig in the search box and hit enter.
