Does Steering wheel is compatible with Blur PC game

Recently Blur was released for gaming console. I watched the video of the game which was really awesome. I want to buy the game version for PC support. I was having a gaming console before. I had purchased a wheel for that. I want to know that how to use a wheel on Blur game which is realesed for PC version. I am using Windows 7 and just want to ensure weather this will work or not.

I too have similar doubts. The game is really enjoyable on xbox. But for the pc version I also want to add a steering wheel to it. First of does anyone knows with which type of steering wheel does this game is compatible. Does the game provides a feedback support if there wheel has some issue while working. And does this game also supports more than one multiple pc usb controller.

I too enjoy racing game. I had tried to find out some sources online which showed the game was possible to play on multiplayer with 20 players at a time. But the issue is that there is no wheel support provided to the game. Other than this you can try a game pad in its place. I have added a game pad to the system for playing the game and the control works great.

You can use game pad, there are no steering wheel support is provided in the game. I have added a new pad which gives me some better controls to handle the game. I have a wheel which was equipped with two flippers with 6 button on the wheel. I had managed to run the same but the controls are very bad. Even you cannot configure the powerups on the button.

That is right. I am waiting for the game company to release some patch for this. That might be out soon. You can check the official site for the same. The game offers a great racing experience with nice gameplay. I am using Dual shock 2 game pad which is easy to configure. I had added a emulator to use the same much properly. You can try the same with xbox controller.

There are some patch which are already available for download but they are not so good. I will recommend to use the keyboard only. The game is well design with nice 3d graphics and long hours of game play. The game is first released for play station and it will incorporate lots of support for social gaming. Along with this you will get new opponents on the online mode with real life experience.

You might need to wait for the wheel control settings. There options provides but they are not so intact. And on the other hand Blur is a powerful game with enhanced 3D support. You can use a joystick or game pad for that. That is much easier than a wheel. But the same is not applicable for playstation. You can configure wheel there and enjoy the game play with more than 20 different cars.

No version of Blur has any steering wheel support. This includes patched versions. Only gamepad and keyboard are selectable.

You can get limited success on PC using Logitech wheels by using the external program called JoytoKey, which remaps gamepad controls to wheel controls. You must select 'report combined pedals' in the Logitech Gaming Software.

You can use wheel with blur.... im currently using xbox steering wheel and it works perfectly... just have to download a joytokey program(Xpadder is best...in my opinion). I use this even if I tech dont have to great program to set deadzone and diagnal layout....you can download xpadder free, just type in google download xpadder free and dont go to official website you have to pay if you do.... now if your having problem getting steering wheel synced up to pc thats a driver issue and I can explain that if anyones curious enough to ask....
