Crysis Warhead Main Menu not working

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have installed Crysis Warhead game application to the system. I use nvidia Video card. Everything was working correctly and fine. The problem is with the main menu. A red arrow comes up and it does not respond there after. I have no idea what could have been the issue. Please do help me out so that I can sort the thing. Thank you.
