Aion PC game not able to work with Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop system with Windows 7 installed as the operating system. I play the Aion pc video game and was able to execute it properly when been with Windows XP. After the upgradation of the operating system the game is unable to get execute properly. I do not what could be the issue. Please help me out. It would be a great help. Thank you.
